The internet changed the way I keep in touch with social media. I can see my friends’ posts and can comment on it. I can also share by posting for others to see. It is a nice way to stay updated without having to talk one on one. Another way is Skype/facetime. I have a cousin that lives in Florida and us facetime a lot. It is nice because I am able to see and talk to her and her baby. It makes you feel more connected then if we just texted or even called each other. When my sisters visited Europe we were still able to contact each other even though we did not have a worldwide phone plan. We are very lucky to have the advancements in technology we do now because we would not be able to communicate with people around the globe. It is a great luxury that I have not thought much about before this.
