How has the internet changed the way you work?

The internet changed the way I work because it tends to be more convenient to look something up online then ask someone. Even if someone is down the hall we end up emailing them instead of getting up to ask them in person. There is less face to face interaction. We don’t need to go to the library anymore to get a book to learn how to do something. We just look for a tutorial online. It has become more independent. You have to maintain motivation and focus while working online. I find it is easy to distract yourself when working online. You can easily pull up a new browsing window or look on your phone.
